Ira Brian Miller is a seasoned music industry executive specializing in digital strategy, artist marketing, and social media management. He manages social media communities for both frontline talent and iconic legacy artists through the company Versus Creative -- the company responsible for managing socials for globally recognized brands, festivals, and artists including Coachella, Stagecoach, The Beatles, and Ramones.
In addition to overseeing the relationship with Shelter Music Group, Ira leads digital marketing strategy for a high-profile roster that includes Fleetwood Mac, Creed, and Godsmack, while directly managing the social presence for Crowded House. He also oversees artist marketing for punk and rock staples including Rancid and The Interrupters through Ceremony Music Group, as well as Dropkick Murphys via Cast Management. Beyond artist management, he supports Artist Relations for Goldenvoice at premier festivals including Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Stagecoach Festival, and When We Were Young Festival.
Previous experience includes launching Apple Music at Apple Inc., managing label relations with Sony Music, and contributing to the launch of Beats Music in 2014. Held leadership roles such as Head of Digital Marketing at The Creed Co. (Bruno Mars, Troye Sivan) and Head of Streaming & Marketing at Deckstar/YM&U Group (blink-182, Steve Aoki). At AEG Presents/Goldenvoice, specialized in social media marketing for major tours and festivals, including Justin Bieber, Coachella, and Stagecoach.
Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business, Marketing & Management from Northeastern University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2005.
